Serves 5 - 6 pax
560g of firm tofu 豆干
3 slices young ginger
100g minced pork (can use chicken)
15g dried scallops soaked in 250ml hot water
1 clove chopped garlic
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
A few dashes of white pepper
200g broccoli
100g of enoki mushrooms
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
